Site Inspector – Interior Design & Fit‑Out

About the role

The Site Inspector will act as Kristina Zanic Consultants' on‑site representative, ensuring interior design works for luxury hospitality, residential and mixed‑use projects are executed to the approved design intent, quality standards and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular on‑site inspections of joinery, millwork, stone, tile, metalwork, ceilings, flooring, glazing, lighting and FF&E to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and brand standards.
• Identify defects, non‑conformances and deviations, prepare snagging reports and monitor corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants, suppliers and client representatives, attend progress meetings and report delays or risks.
• Review and approve mock‑ups, sample rooms, first‑fix installations and material submittals.
• Maintain accurate site observation, non‑conformity and progress documentation in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design site coordination, construction supervision or fit‑out execution, preferably on luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, joinery detailing, finishes and FF&E installation.
