Site Manager – Fit‑Out (Installation Specialist)

About the role

The Site Manager – Fit‑Out will lead all interior fit‑out installation activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all interior fit‑out installation activities, planning daily work schedules and monitoring progress against project timelines.
• Coordinate with MEP, civil, finishing and joinery teams, manage subcontractors, labor resources and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical and operational issues, and coordinate inspections with consultants, clients and authorities.
• Review shop drawings, method statements and installation procedures; prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure snag‑free completion, proper documentation, checklists and successful project handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in interior fit‑out and installation works, with at least 3 years as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience in commercial fit‑out, corporate offices, hospitality, retail, high‑end residential interiors.
• Ability to read and interpret shop, IFC, joinery and MEP drawings.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
