Senior Joinery Estimator

About the role

BW Interiors is looking for an experienced Senior Joinery Estimator to lead cost planning, material pricing analysis, quantity take‑offs and tender preparation for high‑end interior fit‑out and joinery projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for custom joinery and interior fit‑out scopes.
• Perform comprehensive quantity take‑offs and technical evaluations based on project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare tender packages and manage bid submission documentation within strict timelines.
• Solicit, evaluate and negotiate material pricing and subcontractor proposals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date cost databases and coordinate with design, procurement and project management teams to ensure estimation accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in joinery estimation and cost management within the interior fit‑out or construction sector.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of joinery fabrication methods and material cost estimation.
• Experience with tendering frameworks and bid preparation processes.
• Proficiency in estimation software tools and drawing interpretation.
