Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out Projects

About the role

Careers International is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with solid experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The role covers day-to-day site operations, work quality, adherence to project timelines and safety standards. It is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations for interior fit-outs, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP works and finishing.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
• Interpret and implement drawings, specifications and design details accurately on site.
• Monitor work quality against company standards and project specifications.
• Track progress and report regularly to the project team, including photos, milestones and pending work.
• Supervise the site labour force, allocate manpower and ensure productivity.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Identify issues early and resolve them with stakeholders without delay.
• Attend site meetings, handle client instructions and inspections, and manage minor site modifications.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven UAE experience in interior fit-outs (residential, commercial or retail).
• Strong understanding of fit-out works, finishing materials and basic MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required.
• UAE driving licence preferred; fluency in English, with Hindi or Arabic a plus.
