Social Media & Community Lead

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Social Media & Community Lead to shape and execute its regional social and community strategy. You will act as the centre of excellence, ensuring consistent, high‑quality engagement across all channels while driving brand trust and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define regional social and community strategy, governance and operating framework.
• Create scalable frameworks, playbooks and best‑practice guides for regional teams.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse community feedback, social listening and sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop community engagement strategies and support reputation‑management initiatives in key markets.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, PR, Customer Experience and Regional teams to embed community insights into product launches and campaigns.
• Coach and enable regional teams through toolkits, training and campaign frameworks.
• Define performance metrics and reporting to measure community health, engagement, sentiment and social media effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, tools, governance and resource allocation between global and regional teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in social media, community management, digital marketing or brand strategy within a fast‑paced, digital‑first organisation.
• Proven track record leading regional or global social media and community functions across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of social listening, community engagement, customer sentiment analysis and online reputation management.
• Experience developing scalable frameworks, governance models, playbooks and operational standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
