Working remotely from anywhere, you will nurture online communities, moderate user‑generated content, and help create a positive, engaging experience for members across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member‑generated content to maintain a respectful environment.
• Design and execute engagement strategies that increase active participation and user retention.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
• Track platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience moderating online communities or forums with a focus on quality and inclusivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for public‑facing interactions.
• Ability to analyze data and report on community engagement metrics.
