Social Media Manager – Brand Strategy & Community Engagement

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to shape and protect its digital brand narrative across the GCC and international markets. Working remotely from the UAE, you will translate technical updates into engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and specialised community forums.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule a high‑impact content calendar focused on B2B SaaS, HR‑Tech innovations and corporate milestones.
• Monitor and grow engagement across primary social channels, maintaining a positive corporate presence and responding to community inquiries.
• Collaborate with growth marketing teams to craft ad copy and visuals for Meta and LinkedIn campaigns targeting the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Analyse monthly social performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and use insights to improve campaign ROI.
• Ensure all messaging aligns with Next Match AI’s professional tone, core values and regional compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing social media for SaaS companies, tech startups or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality copywriting and visual design.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and modern analytics platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a distinct asset.

What we offer

• Base salary AED 16,800 – AED 21,500 per month (20 % above UAE market average).
