Social Media Marketing Assistant – Dubai

About the role

The Social & Content Co. is seeking a creative and strategically driven Social Media Marketing Assistant to join its Dubai team. You will work across strategy, creative development and social execution for fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of client social media strategies and manage monthly content calendars on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create social‑first content such as Reels, TikToks, iPhone videos, stills and graphics.
• Attend and support client content shoots across Dubai and develop creative concepts, hooks and repeatable formats.
• Publish content, manage community engagement and conduct monthly performance reporting.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative and account teams in Dubai and London to turn insights into high‑performing social content.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who understands the thinking behind effective social content.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and how audiences consume content on each platform.
• Analytical mindset with interest in using data and insights to shape future content.
• Creative eye for design, aesthetics and ability to adapt across diverse brands.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines and priorities.
• Based in Dubai and able to attend shoots, client meetings and team days in person.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Experience capturing high‑quality social‑first content on an iPhone.
• Short‑form video editing experience.
• Confidence using Canva and related editing tools.
