Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Our client in Dubai is seeking a driven and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to own and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The role goes beyond scheduling posts – you will shape the brand identity, develop its voice and produce engaging content that resonates with the audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop a monthly content calendar and produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, graphics, photography and copy.
• Conceptualise campaigns and content ideas, staying ahead of trends and new formats.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent brand visual and tonal guidelines across all digital channels.
• Manage community interaction – comments, DMs and audience relationships.
• Track performance metrics, analyse insights and continuously optimise the strategy.
• Support product launches, events, partnerships and broader marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve content creation, planning and productivity.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or branding with a strong portfolio.
• Passionate about branding and storytelling, with a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable taking full ownership from concept through execution.
