Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent & Payroll)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for government, semi‑government and private‑sector clients in the UAE. The role combines hands‑on configuration, solution design and team leadership across Core HR, Talent Management and Payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design workshops, produce solution design documents and make key architectural decisions for Core HR, Absence, Talent Management and Payroll.
• Configure and test complex HCM functionalities, including Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Learning, Recruiting Cloud and Payroll Fast Formulas.
• Plan and allocate consultants across multiple concurrent projects, track milestones, manage risks and oversee testing, cut‑over and hyper‑care activities.
• Present solution designs and implementation progress to HR leaders, directors and steering committees.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as proposals, demonstrations, effort estimations and implementation planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including at least 7 years with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Minimum 4 full‑cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, with at least 2 as Solution Architect or Functional Lead and one within the last 2 years.
• Proven ability to manage consultants on two or more concurrent projects and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management modules).
• Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
• HCM Experience Design Studio, approval rules, alerts and Redwood user experiences.
• Oracle AI capabilities within HCM.
• Implementation lifecycle expertise – requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
