Sourcing Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Ali & Sons is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across a variety of functions, helping to build a high‑performing workforce for one of the region’s most respected business groups.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
• Craft compelling job advertisements that reflect the company brand.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, fit, and motivation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track sourcing activities and candidate engagement accurately.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably with agency background.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• High energy, team‑player attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
