Spa Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Spa Manager to lead our spa operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all spa operations and facilities to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop spa staff through effective communication, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to market spa products and services, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of therapist schedules, treatment room utilization, and staff productivity to maximize yield.
• Oversee inventory checks, control levels, and procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spa or wellness facility management with a track record of achieving business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with employees, guests, and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership in staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and make informed decisions.
