Specialist Cardiologist – Community Clinic in Dubai

About the role

The Specialist Cardiologist will deliver comprehensive outpatient cardiology services, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. The role focuses on evidence‑based treatment plans and preventative programmes to improve long‑term patient outcomes. It offers the chance to build a strong community‑based practice within a multidisciplinary clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist cardiology consultations in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmias and valvular disease.
• Interpret ECGs, Holter monitoring, echocardiography and other cardiac diagnostic investigations.
• Develop personalised treatment plans and preventative cardiology programmes.
• Conduct cardiovascular risk assessments and lifestyle counselling.
• Maintain accurate DHA‑compliant medical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Specialist Cardiologist.
• Minimum 5 years post‑specialist clinical experience.
• Previous clinical experience in the UAE.
• Strong outpatient cardiology background handling routine and complex cases.
• Excellent patient communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• ECG interpretation.
• Holter monitoring interpretation.
• Echocardiography interpretation.
• Interpretation of cardiac diagnostic investigations.
