Specialist Consultant Cardiac Surgeon (UK CCT) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist / Consultant Cardiac Surgeon with UK CCT to deliver comprehensive cardiac surgical care in Dubai, aligning with UAE healthcare standards. The role involves pre‑operative assessment, performing cardiac surgeries, and managing post‑operative care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients requiring cardiac surgical intervention.
• Perform cardiac surgical procedures within approved clinical privileges.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Provide post‑operative care and manage surgical complications.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anaesthetists, intensivists and multidisciplinary cardiac teams.
• Review and interpret diagnostic investigations and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB or equivalent) and UK CCT in Cardiothoracic/Cardiac Surgery.
• Relevant specialist/consultant‑level clinical experience.
• Eligibility for or holding a valid UAE Specialist/Consultant Cardiac Surgery licence.
• Current Good Standing Certificate and required credentialing documents.

Required skills

• Strong surgical, clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
