About the role

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Consultant in Urology to join leading hospitals and healthcare facilities across the UAE. The role involves delivering comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and surgical care for a wide range of urological conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough urological consultations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage urinary tract, male reproductive and urological oncology cases.
• Perform urological surgeries, including minimally invasive, endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures.
• Provide pre‑operative assessments and post‑operative follow‑up care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of safety and quality.

Required profile

• Qualified medical doctor with specialization in urology.
• Proven experience in both surgical and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Strong clinical decision‑making and patient‑centred care approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
