Specialist Critical Care Physician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Critical Care Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE, providing specialized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for life‑threatening conditions.
• Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, multi‑organ dysfunction and provide mechanical ventilation and advanced hemodynamic support.
• Perform emergency stabilization and resuscitation when required.
• Coordinate care with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists and other specialists.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialisation experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU management, ventilator support and emergency critical care.
