About the role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Sports Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE, focusing on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of sports‑related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and manage sports‑related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, including non‑surgical interventions and musculoskeletal injections.
- Support injury prevention, recovery and return‑to‑sport planning while collaborating with physiotherapists, orthopaedic specialists and rehabilitation teams.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed and educate patients and athletes on injury prevention and performance optimisation.
Required profile
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree with postgraduate qualification or recognized specialty training in Sports Medicine.
- Minimum three years of post‑specialisation experience, preferably in musculoskeletal assessment, sports injury management and rehabilitation planning.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic and communication skills.
