Specialist Urologist – Community Clinic

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Specialist Urologist to join its multidisciplinary team at the modern Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) clinic in Dubai. The role offers the chance to build a long‑term patient base, develop a recognised urology service and work within a collaborative community‑healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist urology consultations and follow‑up care.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic urological conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Perform outpatient urological assessments and procedures where appropriate.
• Interpret laboratory and imaging investigations.
• Deliver male health, preventive care and long‑term disease management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive health.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and CME activities.

Required profile

• Licensed Specialist Urologist by DHA, DOH (HAAD) or MOH.
• Minimum five years post‑specialist experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong outpatient urology experience handling routine and complex cases.
• Previous clinical experience in the UAE healthcare setting.
• Excellent patient engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a patient following.
• Fluent English; Arabic advantageous but not essential.
