Spots Operations Lead

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform founded in 2018, is hiring a Spots Operations Lead in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within the Asset Operations team and covers the full lifecycle of the platform's digital assets: onboarding new assets, post-listing maintenance, liquidity and risk monitoring, yield optimization and asset value management. It works closely with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, test and launch new token and chain assets, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee adjustments and network verification, and keep the fund chain secure and positions sufficient
• Handle post-listing operations such as contract upgrades, token renaming, asset repricing and announcements, and plan responses to mainnet upgrades and contract migrations
• Monitor and respond quickly to risk events (network anomalies, price anomalies, contract issues, position gaps), coordinate risk isolation and stop-loss measures, and lead post-incident reviews
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, maintenance, upgrades and risk handling, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep launches on schedule
• Report asset operations metrics and project progress and drive continuous process improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; Finance, Economics, Blockchain or related fields preferred; familiarity with traditional securities and financial qualifications preferred
• 2+ years of crypto asset operations or project management experience
• Fluent Chinese and English, able to communicate with overseas project teams
• Data-driven mindset, able to analyze and report metrics such as trading volume, AUM and yield
• Strong resilience under pressure and a long-term interest in the crypto industry

Required skills

• Familiarity with major public chains, stablecoins and RWA
• Understanding of the digital asset regulatory framework and compliance requirements
• Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, marketing mechanics and asset value logic
• Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills
