Store Executive - Fit-Out

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Store Executive for a fit-out project in Dubai. The role covers receiving, storing and issuing materials, keeping accurate stock records and coordinating with procurement, site and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming materials and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Organize and store materials systematically so they are easy to identify and access.
• Issue materials to production or site teams based on approved requisitions and keep accurate records.
• Maintain stock levels, initiate reorder requests and update inventory records in the system.
• Generate daily, weekly or monthly stock reports and monitor the movement of materials in and out of the store.
• Keep the store clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, site and project teams on material requirements and delivery timelines.
• Report damaged or non-compliant materials and conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical training or diploma in storekeeping or logistics is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience as a storekeeper or store executive, preferably in joinery, fit-out or construction.
• Familiarity with interior fit-out materials such as wood, laminates, hardware and finishes.
• Ability to work independently and handle material movement efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
