Store Inspector – UAE National Only

About the role

The Store Inspector reports to the Logistics Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements in the technical operations environment. This full‑time position is based in Abu Dhabi and is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Accept stock, issue materials, components, tooling and update inventory systems according to TPM processes.
• Re‑order, inspect, and verify documentation of delivered parts and materials.
• Check for damages, shortages or incorrect supplies and report to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Receive acceptable materials, return non‑conforming items, and store them in correct bin locations.
• Maintain accurate labeling of all issued and received items.
• Monitor shelf life of materials and calibration of tools, handling expirations appropriately.
• Complete shift handover logs at the end of each duty.
• Inspect parts/documents for compliance with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements.
• Handle DGR and ESD parts/materials in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Arrange FSK and PFSC as required and monitor part replenishment, including outstation needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of airline/MRO experience, preferably with a strong AMOS background.
• High school leaving certificate or diploma.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and under stress.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AMOS inventory software.
• Knowledge of GCAA, EASA and MOE regulatory documentation.
• Experience handling DGR (dangerous goods) and ESD (electrostatic discharge) materials.
