About the role

Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Recruiter to join its Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department at the Abu Dhabi Campus. This full‑time administrative role is pivotal in implementing strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging prospective students. Reporting to the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment, the recruiter will help the university meet enrollment targets, enhance student diversity, and maintain a high‑quality applicant pipeline while providing personalized support to applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted recruitment programs that attract and engage prospective students across various channels.
• Increase student interest and enrollment by conducting outreach, building relationships with schools and community partners, and following up with applicants.
• Maintain and update the applicant pipeline, ensuring high‑quality leads and supporting the achievement of institutional enrollment goals.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
