Supervisor - Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead efficient workflow within our warehouse, optimize processes, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and works closely with team leaders to meet shipping, space, and manpower targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient workflow, optimize processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain sufficient resources across teams, coordinating workforce and fleet utilization.
• Identify workforce needs and allocate manpower according to workload fluctuations.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
• Report concerns to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with team leaders to resolve issues.
• Minimize incorrect freight distribution to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent unforeseen problems.
• Guide new staff through on‑the‑job training and provide learning opportunities.
• Plan and delegate daily responsibilities to meet targets for shipping, task completion, space utilization, and manpower usage.

Required profile

• High School education.
• Good command of English.
• 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
