Supply Chain Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Executive to manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our Agricultural Inputs and Chemicals product range. Based in JAFZA, Dubai, you will coordinate supplier activities in China, oversee quality inspections, and ensure smooth export documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers in China, including factory visits and audits.
• Oversee pre‑shipment quality and packaging inspections, collect lab reports, and coordinate third‑party testing.
• Verify and prepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, COC, COA, MSDS, test reports, B/L).
• Coordinate freight forwarding for FOB shipments, track shipments and update the overseas team.
• Collect and share data for product development, registration, and market support.
• Attend industry events to stay updated on trends and new product opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international supply chain or procurement, preferably with Chinese suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs regulations.
• Ability to conduct supplier audits and manage quality assurance processes.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
