Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor – Assets to lead end‑to‑end management of operational assets across our fast‑growing hyper‑local delivery platform. You will oversee procurement, inventory tracking, distribution and lifecycle management for delivery and store assets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of delivery and store assets, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing.
• Forecast asset requirements based on business demand and expansion plans.
• Maintain real‑time tracking of assets across warehouses and store locations, implementing inventory control and audit processes.
• Oversee asset handling in warehouses and stores, standardising issuance, returns and replacements.
• Coordinate first‑mile and last‑mile distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates.
• Monitor asset utilisation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and end‑of‑life processes, keeping complete records.
• Develop scalable asset‑tracking systems, identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement using data analysis.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store‑level assets.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes, including procurement and distribution.
• Experience with first‑mile and last‑mile logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
