Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

THC Consulting FZE is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist on behalf of a client in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics sector, based in Dubai. The role covers demand and supply planning, inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics and distribution coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and experience in the UAE or wider GCC is highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities: demand planning, procurement, inventory, order processing and delivery, with close collaboration with commercial, sales, finance, regulatory and operations teams.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centres, reconcile stock, track batch numbers and expiry dates, and manage slow-moving, near-expiry and damaged goods.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, import and export documentation, customs clearance and third-party logistics providers, and handle delivery discrepancies and returns.
• Liaise with suppliers, distributors, freight forwarders and logistics partners, follow up purchase orders and supplier lead times, and escalate supply risks.
• Maintain supply chain documentation, support quality and regulatory compliance, and assist internal and external audits.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, order fulfilment and shipment status, track KPIs and contribute to process improvements, keeping data up to date in ERP systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning, inventory management, logistics or distribution.
• Industry experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals or FMCG is mandatory.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, distributors, warehouses, freight forwarders or third-party logistics providers.
• Knowledge of inventory replenishment, stock rotation, batch tracking, expiry monitoring and product traceability.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred; familiarity with regional distribution networks and import/export procedures is an advantage.
