Operations Coordinator - Driver Coordination

About the role

Udrive is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team. The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely execution of operational tasks and effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team
• Assign and track driver duties such as vehicle deliveries, pickups and transfers
• Monitor task completion, timelines and real-time updates
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers on operational instructions and support
• Escalate delays, breakdowns or operational issues promptly
• Maintain daily logs, trackers and movement reports
• Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and compliance requirements

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics or operations
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations
• UAE driving licence is an added advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools (a must)
• Strong coordination and people-management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
