Surveyor – Marine and Land Survey Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Surveyor to support our marine and land survey projects, ensuring accurate measurements and compliance with design specifications. The role involves working closely with the Project Surveyor and the Survey Department to deliver high‑quality survey data.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in measurements.
• Assist the project survey team with mobilization, calibrations, execution, deliverables and project close‑out.
• Report activities that may affect survey operations to the Project Surveyor or Chief Surveyor.
• Collaborate with the Survey Department to ensure construction projects adhere to design specifications.
• Prepare, standardize and maintain Survey Guidelines and Procedures.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain survey equipment, hardware and software.
• Promote safety and participate actively in the safety program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrography, Marine or Land Survey, Geodetic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar surveying role.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are an asset.
• Relevant certifications or professional memberships in surveying are beneficial.

Required skills

• Operation, installation and troubleshooting of survey equipment.
• Calibration of survey instruments and use of survey software.
• Knowledge of hydrographic, marine and land surveying techniques.
