Talent Acquisition & Capability Assessment Specialist

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Capability Assessment to support its culture transformation journey. The role will focus on attracting, assessing, and selecting talent that aligns with the company’s values and future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and workforce requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans across multiple channels to build high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate assessment centre activities for external hires and internal promotions.
• Administer psychometric tests, case studies, simulations, and role‑plays, ensuring consistent evaluation criteria.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and produce recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent assessment, or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of competency‑based interviewing and assessment tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience administering psychometric assessments and simulation exercises.
