Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Human One Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead the sourcing, screening and placement of top talent for its global workforce. This strategic position supports workforce planning, employer branding and long‑term talent pipeline development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the permanent recruitment team to source high‑quality candidates worldwide.
• Conduct screening, interviewing and candidate matching to ensure role fit.
• Format candidate CVs according to company branding standards.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build relationships with recruitment partners, industry bodies and academic institutions locally and internationally.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Search and shortlist candidates using platforms such as Caterer.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, CV libraries and the H1 Suite.
• Create and post compelling job adverts and manage application pipelines.
• Ensure legal eligibility checks, references and documentation are audit‑compliant.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide interview preparation support.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or related HR functions.
• Strong ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
