Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will join the HR team to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This dynamic role supports the organization’s staffing needs and strategic objectives by attracting and selecting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise job boards, social media, networking events and agencies to source a diverse candidate pool.
• Design and execute recruitment campaigns targeting specific talent segments.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate interview logistics, provide guidance to interviewers and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers, manage acceptance processes and support smooth onboarding.
• Promote employer branding through social media, industry events and partnerships with universities and professional organisations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (post‑graduate qualification a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail or corporate environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Proven negotiation abilities and professional handling of recruitment discussions.
