Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Riva Maison Real Estate is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR professional to lead recruitment of high‑quality Dubai real‑estate agents and manage the day‑to‑day HR function. This role combines aggressive headhunting with organised HR administration in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and close experienced real‑estate agents through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a consistent recruitment pipeline, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and convert hires.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract management, record keeping, probation documentation and policy administration.
• Track attendance, ensure compliance with internal HR requirements and manage employee/agent documentation.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, highly organised and proactive.
• Proven experience in headhunting and closing talent in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Comfortable managing the full HR lifecycle once candidates are hired.
