About the role

Damac Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. The role will work closely with business leaders to drive end‑to‑end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and attract top talent across multiple functions and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level positions across multiple functions and global markets.
• Partner with business leaders to design and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines.
• Conduct market mapping and executive search for critical roles.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilise recruitment metrics and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including global hiring.
• Proven track record recruiting for corporate functions and leadership positions.
• Strong stakeholder management, sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth or multinational environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
