Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a fast‑paced Talent Acquisition Manager with at least ten years of proven recruitment success, particularly within the Middle East. The role will focus on sourcing and hiring talent for investment management positions as well as a broad range of generalist roles across all seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for investment management and generalist positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Utilise an Applicant Tracking System and AI‑enhanced tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a structured hiring framework that ensures consistency and compliance.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.
• Demonstrated success hiring for investment management and generalist roles at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
