Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the end‑to‑end recruitment process and ensures a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Managing a team of three recruiters, the role is responsible for hiring across all levels, from entry‑level to senior leadership, while aligning talent strategies with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle talent acquisition for all positions, ensuring efficient and coordinated recruiting processes.
• Personally manage recruitment for mid‑level and senior hires, conducting interviews, assessments, and guiding hiring managers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters to meet hiring targets and maintain high candidate care standards.
• Partner with HR to integrate onboarding activities, coordinate pre‑boarding, orientation, and initial training.
• Monitor new‑hire integration, address gaps, and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Champion a candidate‑first approach, enhancing employer branding and communication.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Organizational Development to align recruitment plans with strategic workforce planning.
• Utilize recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and aviation industry regulations, including background checks and security clearances.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment and onboarding strategies to organizational goals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication and candidate experience orientation.
