About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for an education‑focused organisation. The role will design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance.
• Identify and utilise appropriate recruitment channels to attract top talent.
• Maintain and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organisational policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the education sector or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritise effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
