Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead End-to-End Recruitment in UAE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our end‑to‑end recruitment function across the UAE. You will design and execute recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and data‑driven initiatives to meet the business hiring needs while ensuring a high quality of hire and excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering, sourcing and assessment to offer, hand‑over and onboarding.
• Translate workforce plans into clear recruitment priorities and proactive talent pipelines.
• Manage and optimise the ATS, ensuring accurate data, reporting and consistent adoption.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions and support better hiring decisions.
• Track and report key TA KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 8+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, including end‑to‑end ownership and preferably team leadership.
• Strong expertise in ATS management, recruitment reporting and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to build proactive sourcing pipelines and use AI‑driven recruitment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management – able to influence hiring managers and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of the UAE market, ideally within real estate, property management or facilities management.
