Talent Acquisition Manager – UHNI & Private Office

About the role

Amali Properties is seeking a proactive Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for ultra‑high net‑worth (UHNI) families and private office hiring needs. The role demands a hands‑on recruiter who can operate in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment and source exceptional talent for confidential, high‑trust positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for UHNI family and private office roles, including executive assistants, butlers, house managers, security officers, chauffeurs, nannies, chefs, and other confidential appointments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre‑qualified candidates through headhunting, personal networks, hospitality contacts, agencies, and direct sourcing.
• Develop and manage relationships with specialist agencies and recruitment partners for niche or urgent mandates.
• Conduct thorough screening, behavioral interviews, reference checks and assess candidates for professionalism, discretion, integrity and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, talent pipelines and hiring reports while managing multiple confidential mandates simultaneously.
• Continuously benchmark the market and create talent maps across luxury hospitality, private household, aviation, yachting, concierge and VIP services sectors.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within UHNI families, family offices, royal households, luxury hospitality or VIP services.
• Established network and strong headhunting capability in luxury and private‑service sectors.
• Proven ability to handle confidential, high‑trust positions with speed and quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple mandates under tight timelines.
