Talent Acquisition Partner – F&B

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner – F&B is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong partnership with operational leaders in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and Operations Management to define staffing needs and develop hiring strategies for Front of House, Back of House, Management and Culinary teams.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and industry referral maps.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate operational capability, hospitality mindset, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from outreach to offer negotiation and handover to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate seasonal fluctuations and new outlet openings.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, channel ROI and turnover trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead international recruitment campaigns and implement diversity hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience within food & beverage, casual or fine‑dining environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with restaurant managers and candidates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume vacancies simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data to optimise processes.
