About the role

AppliedAI Co is a fast‑growing enterprise AI SaaS company seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and commercial functions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s rapid growth by delivering a high‑quality, high‑velocity hiring process for software engineering, product design, sales and account management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and build pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill technical and commercial roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and maintain accurate pipeline trackers visible to stakeholders.
• Partner with sales and engineering leadership to define candidate profiles and align on market availability.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Support hiring managers with role clarification, pipeline updates and structured interview design.
• Maintain ATS records, track metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source of hire, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline scheduling, follow‑ups and pipeline tracking.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technology, SaaS or professional services organisations.
• Proven track record hiring commercial or sales talent in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
