About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast‑growing team. As a 360 Recruiter you will own the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and help shape the future of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple sectors.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with client organisations, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
