Talent Acquisition Specialist - 5-Month Maternity Cover Contract

About the role

CXG, a global customer experience company working with more than 200 luxury brands, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Global People Team on a 5-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and leads end-to-end recruitment across CXG's offices worldwide, plus global mobility processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for offices in EMEA, Americas and APAC and for remote hires, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings and CV screening to interviews, assessments, offer preparation and employer branding.
• Support the ATS migration project end-to-end, including data transfer, workflow setup, testing, go-live, user training and ongoing support.
• Manage core people systems such as Factorial, Workable and HR SharePoint, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Lead global mobility processes, including relocations and internal moves, coordinating with HRBPs and managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in an international or fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions and levels, and supporting international mobility.
• Experience in consulting, luxury, customer experience or multinational environments; availability to join on short notice.

Required skills

• ATS platforms, assessment tools and HR systems (e.g. Factorial).
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, and ability to work autonomously with high ownership.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with ATS migration or implementation projects.
