Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction Industry

About the role

Alghanim International is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment capabilities across the construction sector in the UAE. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top technical and non‑technical talent for a range of high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, site and other technical roles.
• Utilise job portals, LinkedIn and headhunting techniques to engage candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess technical and behavioural competencies.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and prepare job descriptions aligned with business needs.
• Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Arabic speaking ability is highly preferred.
