Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Joud Coffee is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance its recruitment function. You will manage an internal recruitment team, drive end‑to‑end hiring for high‑volume F&B operations and specialized support services, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and guide the internal recruitment team, set performance targets and enforce SOPs.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for both high‑volume F&B and specialized support roles.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms and third‑party manpower suppliers.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintain data integrity, pipeline hygiene and process automation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and career fairs.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs, define job profiles and selection criteria.
• Define, track and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and report to HR Manager.
• Promote Joud Coffee’s employer brand and ensure a professional, engaging applicant experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering end‑to‑end hiring.
• Strong knowledge of ATS administration and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
