Talent Officer - School Recruitment (MoE Subjects)

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a Talent Officer to lead the recruitment of Ministry of Education (MoE) subject teachers across its network of schools in the UAE. The role focuses on Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies and Social Studies, supporting the group’s growth and alignment with Abu Dhabi’s educational vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for MoE subject teachers, ensuring alignment with workforce plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Director of MoE, school principals and hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment guidance.
• Design, organise and execute MoE recruitment events locally and internationally.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and regular KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices, including document verification, references and background checks.
• Oversee contract issuance, collection and filing for all new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in education or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE school sector.
• Strong knowledge of MoE subject requirements (Arabic, Islamic, Social Studies).
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Ability to plan and execute recruitment events and campaigns.
• Attention to detail in documentation, compliance and reporting.
