Talent Partner – 6‑Month Maternity Cover (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Talent Partner to join Sokin’s global People Team on a six‑month maternity‑cover contract based in Dubai. The role will focus on recruiting Sales and Commercial talent across the MEA and APAC regions, working closely with a Senior Talent Partner to deliver high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned Commercial, Corporate and Operations roles, ensuring speed, quality and a strong candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets using direct sourcing, networking and creative outreach.
• Screen, assess and present candidates, aligning skills and cultural fit with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines and reporting in the Ashby ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth process flow, timely feedback and aligned decision‑making.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand team goals and contribute to workforce planning.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team and senior talent partners on special projects that shape talent attraction, engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Motivated, collaborative professional with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Commercial or Operations roles in fast‑growing environments.
• Ability to work hands‑on, manage multiple locations and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, acting as an ambassador for Sokin’s values.
