Team Lead – Purchase to Pay (PTP)

About the role

The Purchase to Pay (PTP) Team Lead is responsible for guiding a finance team that delivers PTP and Hire to Retire services across the MEA region. As part of the Centre of Excellence, the role bridges strategic initiatives with daily operations, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and successful finance project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage hotel feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Partner with hotel teams, COE functions, IT, and corporate stakeholders to align priorities.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing, resilient team culture.
• Drive automation, system enhancements, and process optimisation using tools such as Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Lead change management, knowledge transfer and adoption of new tools and SOPs.
• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery, clear documentation and measurable outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project metrics and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, audit standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven project leadership from concept to completion with strong planning and risk management.
• Demonstrated people leadership, building trust and driving performance in diverse teams.
• Ability to lead through change while maintaining operational continuity.
• Clear communicator with influence across functions and geographies.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced environments and shifting priorities.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance or shared services with prior team‑lead or management responsibilities.
