Team Lead – Sales (Real Estate)

About the role

Lead the development and execution of sales strategies and operating plans for Dubai Holding Real Estate, driving revenue growth and business expansion. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while using data‑driven insights to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, pipeline management and performance monitoring to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle, ensuring strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales operations including lead allocation, sales planning, budget management and process improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and support commercial objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field; Master’s degree or sales management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
