Technical Manager

About the role

The Technical Manager will lead technical coordination for large‑scale mixed‑use and luxury waterfront projects in Dubai, ensuring design intent is translated into constructible solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, method statements and shop drawings.
• Handle technical submissions, RFIs, material submittals and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate civil works with MEP, façade and other trades in complex developments.
• Support site teams in resolving construction‑related technical issues and ensure compliance with project documentation and approval procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of construction experience in the UAE, preferably on high‑rise, luxury residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Hands‑on experience with construction‑stage involvement and direct interaction with main contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements and shop drawings.
• Experience with RFIs, material submittals and technical coordination.
• Ability to coordinate civil works with MEP, façade and other trades.
• Proficient in technical problem‑solving and buildability assessment.
