Technical Product Owner – Financial Services, Rental, Leasing & Mobility

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead technology demand across our Financial Services, Rental, Leasing and Mobility businesses in Dubai. You will act as the central point for new demands and change requests, ensuring they align with strategy, regulatory requirements and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end demand lifecycle from intake, qualification and prioritisation to approval, mobilisation and delivery hand‑over.
• Establish a structured intake process, capture business problem, sponsor, scope, expected outcome, urgency and funding for each request.
• Evaluate and triage demands based on strategic fit, regulatory urgency, customer impact, value, complexity, risk and delivery capacity.
• Maintain the demand register, pipeline, decision log and status reporting.
• Develop and keep an integrated technology roadmap that reflects committed initiatives, candidate demands, dependencies, risks and capacity.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with group architecture, security, data, integration, sourcing and technology standards, and meet auditability, data residency and operational resilience requirements.
• Support business case development, budgeting, AFE preparation and participation in RFI/RFP/RFQ activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with business leaders and product owners in financial‑services‑related domains.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, architecture standards and investment governance.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to challenge requests constructively.
